This look by DKNY is simple and flirty. The single color gives the dress an element of simplicity and seems effortless. The lacey fabric and flirty bottom of the dress give the design a pop. Finally, a true day-to-night dress!

Sparkles! Jill Stuart got it right with this black sparkly design. Another flirty design, with a bit of an edge, has graced the runway. I am in love with every aspect of this design—the collar, fabric combination, sexy black color and, of course, the sparkles. Monique Lhullier is definitely a designer to watch. Her fall 2014 collection included many intricately constructed dresses, but this one is quite noteworthy. Tones of gold and nude colored fabrics are combined for a glowing youthful look. The black statement belt completes the ensemble that is full of both grace and charm.

One more from Posen! I just couldn’t choose one design from Zac Posen… so many gorgeous gowns and dresses. Is anyone in need of a gown for the Oscars? Here is my top pick! This dark teal toned ballroom design is completely gorgeous from neckline to hemline. Paired with a bright coral lipstick this look really pops and has an air of old Hollywood elegance. C’est très chic!
