I am not a big consumer of alcoholic beverages, so when I do choose to partake I want a tasty sipping drink (as opposed to the unpleasant experience of something you have throwback as quickly as possible or that burns your throat on the way down). I’m always on the lookout for yummy and refreshing cocktail recipes I can serve at parties and enjoyable nurse along, so I was delighted when I found these two recipes by Rhonda at The Kitchen Witch.
The first recipe is for a Lemon Ginger Elixir which you can then use in other beverages, both non-alcoholic and those with a kick. The next recipe is a real Rhonda original. She calls it the “Double D” or “Delectable Dora” (for the friend, Dora, she created it for) and it’s a wonderful lemon mint creation. It’s a perfect light cocktail for the warmer spring weather that’s just around the corner and should please your taste buds if you’re a fan of lemony goodness. Go check out both recipes over on Rhonda’s site, The Kitchen Witch.
