After Norma finds out that Deputy Shelby is the bad man who has been keeping Asian sex slaves in his basement, she loses it and tries to bolt to confront him.  Norman jumps in the window of her car and manages to stop her and convince her that they’ll get justice they just have to do things right.

Dylan talks with his boss about his friend Ethan’s shooting.  The guy seems completely unfazed and commends him for killing the junkie who shot Ethan.  The boss instructs Dylan on how exactly to dispose of Ethan’s truck so that none of the evidence links back to him or his employer.  On his way back to town he meets Remo, his new partner – well, actually he implies he is Dylan’s employee.

Back at the motel, Norma checks on the Asian slave girl and examines her injuries, disgusted by what she finds.  Norma, Norman, and Emma talk about what they’re going to do with the girl in regard to the police.  Of course, Norma and Norman are against going to the police too soon and convince Emma it is the right thing to do.  Emma and Norma have a bonding moment outside the motel but Norma’s face is weird – I guess she’s just humoring the poor girl.  Fishy.  Once Emma leaves Norma states they aren’t going to the police about anything until they get the belt back.

While Norma and Norman plan how she is going to get the belt back from Deputy Shelby before turning him into the feds for sex trafficking, Dylan shows up.  He takes Norman and they drive back to the boat to find the belt.  When they get there they start ransacking the boat trying to find the belt when Dylan starts probing Norman about his father’s death.  Just as the conversation is getting good Dylan finds the secret hiding place and the belt.  When the boys are gone, Norma gets a visit from Deputy Shelby who is horny and ready to go.

During Norma and Shelby’s screw session he starts to hear water running through the pipes and investigates.  He finds the poor Asian girl and chases her into the woods.  Just then Norman and Dylan get back to tell Norma they disposed of the belt and Norman is moving out with Dylan.  This drama about Norman moving out overshadows the much more dire situation with Deputy Shelby thus they are still standing around when Zack returns gun drawn.

The group has a pow wow in the house about what is going to happen next, Deputy Shelby loses it and starts to beat Norma in front of the boys.  As he strikes Norma, Norman goes into a trance then lunges at Deputy Shelby knocking the gun out of his hand.  Zack knocks out Norman and Dylan grabs the gun.  Dylan and Zack begin a shoot out while Norma tries to revive Norman and get out of the house.  When Norma and Norman make it out of the house, she calls 911 and attempts to escape in their car.  However, she has forgotten the keys.

They see gunshots in the second floor windows of the house and eventually someone comes stumbling out.  It is Deputy Shelby and he has been shot to hell, just as he raises his gun to shoot Norma he collapses.  Dylan runs out of the house in tact and Norma runs to hug him profusely.  Norman is in a daze and doesn’t remember anything that happened, apparently this happens to him often.  Norma tells Dylan the true story of what happened to Norman’s father – Norman killed him when he started hitting Norma.  He went into a daze and doesn’t remember a thing that happened or so she thinks.  Norma tells Dylan to either to help her or get out of her way.  Just as the cops show up, Norman starts to form a little smirk on his face.  Creepy.  I can’t wait for next week!  Check back here for next week’s episode recap and commentary.
