Starbucks Offers New Menu Items for Spring!

In March, Starbucks fanatics were excited to see the new Hazelnut Macchiato debut. Now Starbucks is coming out with new drinks and foods for the spring and summer seasons.

Among the most talked about drink coming to the Starbucks’ line is the Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, which will debut on April 30th. The drink will be made “with caramel syrup, Frappuccino roast coffee, milk and ice, drizzled with a layer of Starbucks’ new dark caramel sauce and topped with whipped cream, more caramel and a crunchy caramel sugar topping.” (source 1)

Starbucks also recently debuted a new line of bottled iced coffees, which are currently available in some U.S. stores. The new line of bottled iced coffees come in the following four flavors: Iced Coffee + Milk, Low Calorie Iced Coffee + Milk, Vanilla Iced Coffee and Caramel Iced Coffee. The suggested retail price for the beverage is $1.99 USD. (source 2)

There will also be more drinks added to the Starbucks Refreshers line. Currently these drinks are available in Very Berry Hibiscus and Cool Lime. The new drink that will be added to the line is called Valencia Orange and will be available sometime in June. (source 3)

In addition to drinks, there are also three new salad bowls and five new sandwiches on the Starbucks menu. The three salad bowls are: Hearty Veggie & Brown Rice, Chicken & Greens Caesar and Zesty Chicken & Black Bean. The new sandwiches include Egg Salad, Turkey & Havarti, Ham & NY Cheddar and Chicken Salad BLT. (source 1)

All these itemsare currently available in stores, with the exception of the Hearty Veggie & Brown Rice bowl, which will only be available in select stores,. The suggested retail price of the bowls is $6.95 USD, while the suggested retail price for the sandwiches is $5.95 USD each. The Egg Salad, however, is slightly cheaper and costs $5.25 USD.
