Can you ever really have enough tote bags? I hope not because if you can, I probably do, but that doesn’t stop me from wanting more. Buying all those tote bags can get expensive though, so it’s good to see a cheap, easy way to get a cute tote. And the Monster Tote Bag from My Poppet is just that.

The Monster Tote may be perfect for October and the Halloween season, but it’s not quite so Halloween-y that it would stand out at any other time of the year. And if you don’t want a monster face on your tote, you can still follow the basic steps to get a cute tote bag. Just make sure you have a fabric that you like, and you’re good to go.

My favorite part, aside from the monster’s face, is that even though the instructions call for the use of a sewing machine, the sewing doesn’t look that hard. You could probably stitch the bag by hand, which is nice for those of us who don’t have sewing machines.
