Chefs Nick Roberts and Brooke Williamson, owners of Hudson House in Redondo Beach, CA and The Tripel in Playa Del Rey, CA recently sat down with us for a fabulous interview where we talked their restaurants, new endeavors and Top Chef. When we were all done, they were gracious enough to teach us how to make, not one, but two of Hudson House’s signature cocktails, the Smokey Bourbon and the Provence Gin!
