Eternity: The Movie is a love letter to the 80s and the iconic flashy music scene. Described as an 80s homage, by Writer/Producer Joey Abi-Loufti and Producer/Editor Eric Staley, the film is a comedy about losers Todd (Barrett Crake) and BJ (Myko Olivier) who meet in the infamous San Fernando Valley and become R&B duo, Eternity. Together they make music only this era of melodrama, big hair, flare and sex can handle.
The Daily Quirk caught up with Abi-Loufti and Staley on the Cinequest Film Festival red carpet to discuss the film. Watch the exclusive interview below where we talk their love of 80s music, such as: Hall & Oats, Richard Marx, & Wham!, how it influenced the making of Eternity: The Movie and some of their favorite scenes to film!
