What’s the big deal about Ansel Elgort? Well first off, for those of you asking who he even is…

If that didn’t do it for you, I will be more than willing to convince you what the big deal is about this gem.

“Doesn’t he look familiar?” you might ask. You may have seen the 19 year old New Yorker in 2013’s Carrie playing the boy who befriends Carrie (Chloë Grace Moretz).

Or you might have seen him in the new hit YA book to movie franchise, Divergent, playing Caleb Prior, Shailene Woodley’s brother…

Which is a bit awkward considering he’s going to be playing her boyfriend, Augustus Waters in the film adaptation of another bestselling YA novel, The Fault in Our Stars, coming out this summer.

He’s pretty much about to blow up and I assure you’ll soon be seeing him everywhere which is a very good thing…

But why else do we love Ansel so much? He’s just as quirky as us…
