Sometimes there’s nothing like hip-hop and aggressive lyrics to get you to release pent-up energy or frustration. Plus, this song is a great reminder that you can reach your goals no matter where you’re starting from or who might be holding you back.

This talented trio certainly has no trouble making sexy, confidence-boosting music, and sometimes that’s just what you need to feel good during a workout. After all, that is the ultimate goal of exercising.
