As much as I enjoy trying out new recipes and experimenting in the kitchen, molecular gastronomy is way beyond my capabilities. Making sure a souffle does not fall is about as technically complicated as my cooking gets and even that is not always a successful endeavor. When I think about what I like to drink in the Fall, I automatically come to this go to cocktail recipe. It’s quick, fallesque and sweeter than your average beer. My friend Elle introduced me to this about 3 years ago.
This would be a great drink to serve at a Halloween party or to enjoy while you’re celebrating Oktoberfest!
