In our book, a “quirkstar” is any individual who takes it upon themselves to think outside of the box and accomplish amazing things. This month’s quirkstar, Billy Bludgus, certainly fits the bill. Not only has he volunteered his time and efforts to charity organizations, he has also founded his own organization, The House of Blue Hope Foundation, to further make a difference.  Lucky for us, he took some time out of his busy schedule to tell us a little more about his foundation and how it got started so we can share his story with you.
